ReturnDevices.com operates a consumer device return and electronics recycling program. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and who is able to see it.
Your name, email address, mailing address, and the device information you provide. That's it. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, payment information, or any other sensitive data.
Only to generate your prepaid shipping label, mail your return kit if you request one, confirm receipt of your device, answer your questions, and send your $10 Amazon gift card if you qualify.
Only ReturnDevices.com staff handling your return, and the shipping carrier for the purpose of creating your label. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your information with marketers or third parties.
We do not operate a text line and we do not collect mobile numbers for text messaging. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — we hold none to share.

Submission records are retained for 3 years for program reporting and audit purposes, then permanently deleted.
Your information is stored on secure encrypted servers (AWS) and is handled in accordance with the New York SHIELD Act (General Business Law § 899-bb), which requires reasonable safeguards for the personal information of New York residents.
You may request a copy of your submission record, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time. Email info@returndevices.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We respond within 5 business days.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, you will be notified in accordance with NY SHIELD Act requirements.
This program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
